1. Who controls your information
The Nutrify project team determines how personal information is used for this website and the Nutrify WhatsApp program. Until Nutrify's operating company registration is completed, privacy requests can be sent through WhatsApp at +971 54 136 8331. This policy will be updated with the registered entity details when available.
2. Information we collect
- Your name, phone number and WhatsApp profile or contact details.
- Your WhatsApp messages, meal photos and other files or voice notes you choose to send.
- Information you voluntarily share so we can understand your goal and tailor the program, including eating habits, routine, sleep, stress, hunger, preferences, restrictions and relevant health context.
- Payment and transaction status received from you or a payment provider. Nutrify does not need your complete payment-card details.
- Website and advertising data, including page views, browser or device information, IP address, referral source, campaign interactions and cookie or similar identifiers when Meta Pixel is active and you have accepted optional cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To receive and respond to your enquiry.
- To provide an initial consultation and determine whether the program may be suitable.
- To arrange payment, confirm your start and provide ongoing support.
- To personalise and deliver the seven-day wellness program.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and customer experience.
- To measure advertising performance and understand which campaigns lead to website visits or enquiries.
4. Consent and health information
Health-related information can be sensitive. Please share only information relevant to the program. Where required, we ask for explicit consent before processing health and lifestyle information. You may withdraw consent through the WhatsApp contact above. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully, but it may mean we cannot continue the service.
5. Meta Pixel, Instagram and WhatsApp
When advertising campaigns are active, this website may use Meta Pixel to measure visits, conversions and advertising effectiveness. Meta Pixel can use cookies or similar identifiers and send website and device data to Meta. It is not loaded until you accept optional cookies. Nutrify does not intentionally send your WhatsApp messages, questionnaire answers or health information through Meta Pixel.
When you contact Nutrify through WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta and its relevant companies may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services is also governed by the privacy settings you choose in your Meta account.
6. Who may receive it
Information may be processed by the Nutrify team, the specialist reviewing your program, and service providers needed to operate the service. These may include Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, website hosting and security providers, and the payment provider selected for your purchase. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
7. International processing
Meta, WhatsApp and other technology providers may process information in countries outside the UAE. Where UAE law requires safeguards, consent or another valid mechanism for an international transfer, Nutrify will apply the relevant requirement.
8. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, provide the program, resolve payment or support matters, protect legal rights and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict, transfer or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent. Send your request through WhatsApp at +971 54 136 8331. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Children
The current Nutrify program is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this program.
11. Cookies and preference controls
Essential website technology may operate automatically. Meta Pixel and other optional advertising or analytics technologies are activated only after consent. You can reject them and later change your choice through Cookie settings. See the Cookie Policy for details.
