Before payment

No payment is taken on this website. Before you pay through an external payment provider, Nutrify will confirm the start date, service scope and the refund terms applying to your purchase in writing through WhatsApp.

If Nutrify cannot provide the service

If Nutrify cancels your confirmed program or cannot provide the paid service, the amount paid for the undelivered service will be refunded.

Other refund requests

Other requests will be considered under the terms accepted before payment and applicable UAE consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory right to a refund, replacement, remedy or compensation.

How to request a refund

Send your name, payment date and reason for the request through WhatsApp at +971 54 136 8331. We will acknowledge the request and explain the next step.
