1. The service

Nutrify is a seven-day general wellness program delivered primarily through WhatsApp. The website provides information and a way to contact Nutrify; it does not currently process payment or complete a sale on the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate information and tell Nutrify about relevant conditions, medication, pregnancy, eating-disorder history or other safety concerns before starting.

3. Booking and price

The advertised pilot price is AED 149 as a one-time payment. Messaging Nutrify does not itself create a booking or payment obligation. Availability, start date, payment method and applicable purchase terms are confirmed in writing through WhatsApp before payment.

4. Your responsibilities

You remain responsible for your food choices, health decisions and use of the information provided. Do not use Nutrify for emergencies. Stop and seek qualified medical advice if you experience severe, sudden or worsening symptoms.

5. General wellness, not medical treatment

Nutrify does not diagnose, treat or cure disease and does not replace a doctor or other healthcare professional responsible for your care. Specialist review within the program does not make Nutrify an emergency or medical treatment service.

6. WhatsApp and other providers

The program uses third-party services, including WhatsApp and website hosting. Their availability, security and privacy practices are outside Nutrify's direct control and may be governed by their own terms.

7. Refunds and cancellation

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Your mandatory consumer rights under UAE law are not excluded.

8. Intellectual property

Nutrify's content, program materials, reports, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use materials provided to you for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Nutrify is not responsible for indirect loss, decisions made without appropriate medical advice, or disruption caused by third-party services.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Until Nutrify's operating company registration is completed, questions or complaints can be sent to the Nutrify project team through WhatsApp at +971 54 136 8331.
